How I work.
The résumé says where I’ve been. This is who shows up.
I grew up in Kentucky and repaired my first PC in 1994. I have worked with technology every year since. I served in the U.S. Army as an infantryman at Fort Benning, Georgia. In sales I started on a new car lot and was quickly promoted into management, then sold B2B and B2C, from products you can hold to services you sell on trust alone. I studied and trained sales in both, and went on to train sales teams in ecommerce, wholesale, the auto industry and services.
Along the way I earned a B.S. in Computer Science and five CompTIA certifications, ran IT and operations at Greenstream International, and served as COO of two ecommerce companies at the same time. I have led teams from a handful of people to 250.
I have worked with the buyers at Walmart, Amazon, Target, Sam’s Club, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Wayfair and Menards, managed the vendors behind the product, and sourced products directly from the factories that make them. I know logistics from the container to the customer’s door.
Give me a task and I’ll figure it out. Then I’ll find a way to do it better and faster.
In 2021 I founded eCommWiz, a Jacksonville digital agency that builds websites, online stores and brands, runs the marketing behind them, and now builds AI agents and automations for clients. The same year I became Director of Ecommerce at Hans-Mill, where I grew online sales 50% a year and became the company’s go-to person for AI. Today I also run the systems behind ecommerce, inventory and logistics at PlantSwitch, where I launched Odoo ERP/WMS and built the custom tools around it.
I use AI every day, on real work. I build the agents, connect them to the platforms businesses run on, and keep learning: a weekly agent checks the ad platforms for changes, and new tools get tried on real projects as they arrive.
What I believe about the work
Both sides matter.
Marketing that outruns operations creates refunds. I understand marketing in all its forms and I understand inventory and logistics, and I build so the two agree.
Build the system, then the habit.
Processes, reports and the structure that makes everything else run smoother, written down so the team can run them without me.
Same respect for everyone.
I have worked with celebrities and with blue-collar customers. Same respect, same effort, every time. I’m as comfortable in a boardroom as setting up a warehouse.

Platforms, algorithms and AI change every quarter. I use the newest tools daily so the businesses I work with are never the ones catching up.
The person behind the work
I’m a husband and a father of six. My wife and I have been married since 2003. I love going to the gym and working out.
I love technology and learning new things. I repaired my first computer in 1994 and I haven’t stopped since. I’m confident there is nothing I can’t do when I put my mind to it, and when I put my name on a task, I make sure it’s done above and beyond expectations.
I’m a spiritual person. I believe in love and positive energy, and nothing makes me happier than helping someone else succeed. My time in the Army was short, but it left me with a deep respect for our veterans.
I stay out of politics and protect my energy. I believe in equal rights for everyone, and in our Constitution.
